2. Non-Matches
Please be assured that we sell the most current version available! There may be non-matches with your data linked to TigerZip. In this case, your code should find 2 of the closest matches of the inputted Zip+4, then take the 2 Lat/long coordinates and average the 2 by dividing the sum by 2. The new calculated Lat and Long fields should be very accurate (within a city block).

3. What is your policy on accuracy and returns?
Limit of Liability TPS Products & Services, Inc (TPS) provides databases for lawful purposes only and expressly forbids the use of TPS supplied databases in any unlawful manner. TPS shall not be liable for any damages or losses sustained by the purchaser through the use of any database. Further, TPS shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages and in no event shall TPS liability exceed the cost of the database. All data has been verified and recorded, but TPS cannot guarantee accuracy of the data. Returns & Refunds Files on disks, tapes and media retrieved via Internet will be replaced at no additional charge if file(s) and/or media are found to be defective within 30 days of date of purchase. 4. What is your user license?
User License The Zip Code USA User License grants you the right to include the database in an application to all users in a single company. This license also allows the use of the Zip Code USA Database for an application that is on a computer network. The application on the network must include in view to the user(s) that the data is derived from TPS Products and Services, Inc. All data must be protected and/or restricted so the "end-user" can not create a competitive product. The database can not be resold all or part.

5. What is the dealer license?
Developer License For a additional fee of 100% of the user license fee, you may incorporate any part of the Zip Code USA database on an "unlimited basis" provided that the data is encrypted and the "end user" can not create a competitive product. The developer must include in their product that the data is derived from TPS Products and Services, Inc. NOTE: Licenses are valid only for non-competitive products. Developers license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
